As entrepreneurs, we understand the challenges our clients face and are passionate about building great businesses. Our team comprises investment professionals with technical expertise and extensive experience in investment.

Our structures ensure a flexible approach to investment; enabling us to create ad hoc investor groups that can be tailored to particular investments. Our investor groups are both dynamic and diverse and range from technology start-ups through real estate to crypto currencies.

Prasad Adavikolanu
Prasad Adavikolanu Has more than 15 years of marketing, sales, management, and operations expertise. He is the CEO of Herbspro.com – a company that he co-founded in 2004. From a 3 employee, self-funded start-up, he built the company up to one of the leading e-commerce sites in the health and wellness industry, propelling it to the INC 500|5000 list for 5 years in a row since2009.
Prior to founding Herbspro.com, Prasad held various senior management positions in leading e-commerce and online marketing companies.
He is a highly sought after speaker on topics such as online marketing, public relations and strategic planning. The frequent requests by clients, organisations and companies, to share his expertise; is the catalyst behind Genessee Ventures.
Prasad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northwestern Polytechnic University.
Vani Moodley
Is a patent attorney. He has been involved in starting, building, advising, and selling Silicon Valley companies for close to 20 years. He also serves as intellectual property and general counsel to many Silicon Valley startups. Vani has a BSc degree in Mathematics and Physics, a BSC Honours degree in Geophysics and a Law degree which allows him to bring a unique perspective to Genesee’s investment methodology.
